Get help from UNENO support

Questions about UNENO go to our support team as a ticket — right in your app. Your team shares the inbox: everyone in your workspace sees the tickets, unless one was opened as private.

In your app’s sidebar, click Support — near the bottom, below a line, after Changelog and Documentation.

ChangelogWhat’s new in UNENO — on uneno.eu, in a new tab.
DocumentationThese docs, in a new tab.
SupportYour support tickets.

Every member of your workspace can use Support — no permission needed. It also works when your plan has run out and your workspace is read-only.

The number of tickets sits at the top — it follows your search and filters.

ColumnWhat it shows
ReferenceThe ticket’s reference, for example T-7G8N2 — a padlock marks a private ticket.
SubjectWhat the ticket is about.
AppThe app the ticket was opened in, for example Invoice.
Opened byWho opened it.
CreatedWhen it was opened.
StatusOpen, Answered or Closed — see below.
Last activityWhen something last happened.

The ticket with the latest activity is at the top. The search finds tickets by subject or reference; All apps shows one app’s tickets only, All statuses one status only. Clicking a ticket — its row, its reference or its subject — opens it. At the bottom you choose how many tickets a page shows (Items per page).

StatusMeaning
OpenWaiting for our support team — after you open a ticket or reply.
AnsweredWe’ve replied; the ticket is waiting for you.
ClosedDone. A reply opens it again.
  1. Click New ticket at the top right.

  2. Enter a Subject (up to 255 characters) and your Message (up to 5,000 characters).

  3. Tick Only visible to me if your teammates shouldn’t see the ticket — see Private tickets.

  4. Click Open ticket. The button turns on as soon as you’ve entered something; an empty required field says This field is required.

The window opens at the right edge. If you’ve already entered something and close it, UNENO asks Discard your changes? — Keep editing keeps you there, Discard throws the text away.

You see Your ticket was opened., and the ticket’s page opens. Its status is Open — it’s with us now.

At the top you find ‹ Support to go back to the list, the subject with its status, and Close ticket on the right.

  • Conversation — every message with its author and time; the number of messages next to the title. Our replies carry the Support label, yours You. When the ticket was closed or reopened, a line says so at that point in the conversation — by whom and when, for example Closed · System.
  • Ticket details — Reference, App, Opened by (with the email address to copy), Opened, Last activity and Visibility: Whole team or Private.

Write your answer in Write a reply… below the last message and click Send reply — the button turns on as soon as you’ve entered something. You see Your reply was sent., and the ticket is Open again — it’s back with us. Anyone who can see the ticket may reply, not only the person who opened it.

Is your question answered? Click Close ticket at the top right. You see The ticket was closed. There’s no confirmation step — if you still need help later, simply reply in the ticket.

Anyone who can see the ticket may close it. We also close tickets once your question is solved — and an Answered ticket automatically if there’s no reply from you for 3 days; the conversation then shows Closed · System. A ticket that’s waiting for us is never closed automatically.

With Only visible to me, only you — and our support team — see the ticket: in the list it carries a padlock, and its ticket details say Visibility: Private. Your teammates, the workspace owner included, don’t see it — neither in the list nor through a link. You decide when you open the ticket; it can’t be changed later.

The person who opened the ticket gets an email:

EmailWhen
Support replied to your ticket …We’ve replied. The button opens the ticket — the reply itself is in the ticket.
Your ticket … was closedWe closed it, or it was closed automatically.

The emails come in the language of that person’s account. Teammates who see the ticket get no email. Please don’t reply to these emails — answer in the ticket.
