What is UNENO?

UNENO is a unified business platform for freelancers and businesses of every size, built and hosted in Germany. It starts with UNENO Invoice — quotes, invoices and e-invoicing — and every further app uses the same customers, products and company details.

The idea: one platform instead of many separate tools

Many businesses run on a patchwork of programs that don’t talk to each other — each with its own login, its own data and its own invoice. UNENO brings them together: one account, one login and apps that share your data. You add a customer once, and every app knows them.

Four terms everything builds on

Term	What it is
Account	Your personal access — one email address and one login for every UNENO app. An account belongs to exactly one person.
Workspace	Your company’s space where your data lives: customers, products, documents. It’s created with your account, and you are its owner.
Apps	The tools in your workspace, for example UNENO Invoice. You activate each app on its own — with its own trial and its own plan.
Members	People you invite into your workspace. Each member has their own account; their role decides what they see and do.

On top of that there’s your customer number — eight characters our support uses to find your account right away.

Where things live

Your account at account.uneno.eu: sign-in, your apps, company details, plans and invoices, profile and security.
Your apps at app.uneno.eu: the actual work — for example customers, quotes and invoices in UNENO Invoice.

You move between the two without signing in again: one login works everywhere.
