Export profiles

If you export the same columns regularly — every month for your tax advisor, say — save your choice as a profile. Next time you just pick the profile.

  1. Under New export, put the columns together, rename and order them.
  2. Click Save profile & export.
  3. In the Save column profile window, enter a Profile name — “For the tax advisor”, for example — and click Save & export.

UNENO saves the profile and starts the export right away.

Under New export, choose your profile in the Column profile field. Its columns — with your names and your order — are applied. No profile (choose columns below) brings back the free choice.

Under Data export, click Profiles at the top right. The Export profiles card shows next to its title how many profiles there are, and each profile with the data it applies to (With items if it exports one row per item), the number of columns, and when and by whom it was created. ‹ Data export at the top leads back to your list of exports, New export to your next export — that’s also where you save another profile.

Clicking a name opens Edit columns:

Via ⋮:

  • Rename — give it a new Profile name; apply it with Save changes or the Enter key.
  • Edit columns — add, remove, rename or reorder columns.
  • Delete — remove the profile. Exports you’ve already created with it stay.

Save changes only becomes active once you’ve changed something; UNENO briefly confirms each change. If you haven’t saved a profile yet, the card shows No profiles yet. with New export below it. On a phone, the data and the column count sit under the name.
