Delete your account

If you no longer want to use UNENO, you delete your account yourself — no request to us needed. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Deleted: your account, every workspace you own, and all of those workspaces’ data in every app — for example all the invoices, customers and products you created in UNENO Invoice.
  • Your members lose access to your workspaces. Their own accounts stay.
  • Not affected: workspaces you were only invited to — you’re simply removed from them.
  • Running subscriptions are cancelled automatically — see Running subscriptions.
  • We keep our invoices to you, because the law requires us to. Your activity log is anonymised.
  • Back up what you need to keep — above all the invoices you wrote yourself in your apps. Retention duties apply to them, and after the deletion you can’t get to them any more.
  • Download our invoices to you under Invoices — you can’t retrieve them afterwards either.
  • Only want to stop one app? Then you don’t need to delete your whole account: you can cancel the subscription or delete just one app’s data.

If you have a paid subscription for an app, UNENO cancels it automatically and immediately with the deletion — you don’t need to cancel it yourself first.

  • You see it before you confirm. The Delete account card then says, for example, You have a Business subscription for Invoice. Deleting your account cancels it now — no refund for the remaining period. With several subscriptions, the note names them all.
  • No further charges are made. For each cancelled subscription you get an email with the subject Your [app] subscription has been cancelled.
  • No refund for the rest of the period — and no more access. Unlike a normal cancellation, where you keep using the app until the end of the paid period, deleting your account ends everything at once. If you want to use the paid period first, cancel the subscription and delete your account afterwards.
  • Free trials and subscriptions you’ve already cancelled don’t show up in the note — nothing is billed for them any more.
  1. Click your name at the top right and choose Delete account.

  2. Enter your password under Your password. If you only sign in with Google, this field isn’t there.

  3. Under Confirm, type exactly the word shown below it — your company’s short name, for example example-company-ltd, or your email address if you haven’t entered company details yet. Only then does the button become active.

  4. Click Delete account.

You’re signed out right away and see Your account deletion has started. We will email you once it is complete.

  • Your account is locked immediately. No sign-in works any more — not with a password, a one-time code or Google — and all your other sessions are ended.
  • The deletion runs in the background: your apps delete their data first, then we remove your account.
  • Once everything is deleted, you get the email Your UNENO account has been deleted. If it takes longer than usual, we write to you in between: Your UNENO account deletion is in progress.
