Business profile
The business profile holds everything about your company that appears on your documents and in your emails — in the header and footer of every invoice, for example. You’ll find it in your app under Settings → Business profile.
Legal identity — from your account
Section titled “Legal identity — from your account”Company name, managing director, address, VAT number, tax number, registration number and registration court are only shown here: they belong to the company details of your UNENO account. Change them via Change in the account at the top of the card — your apps pick up the change automatically. A company based in France sees, as in its account, its Legal form, Share capital, SIREN and RCS (city of the registry) here — and no tax number.
Contact & bank details
Section titled “Contact & bank details”Phone, Fax, Email and Website appear on your documents so your customers can reach you. All fields are optional.
The Email has a second job: replies to the emails you send from UNENO go to this address. If it’s empty, they go to the billing email from your company details.
IBAN, BIC / SWIFT and Bank name appear on your invoices so your customers know where to pay; the IBAN is also in the e-invoice.
- UNENO checks the IBAN and the BIC when you save. An IBAN with a typo and a BIC that doesn’t have 8 or 11 characters aren’t saved — the message appears under the field.
- Spaces and lower case don’t matter. In the field and on your documents the IBAN shows in groups of four, such as DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00; in the e-invoice without spaces.
Saving
Section titled “Saving”The card saves everything together. Its foot shows how many changes aren’t saved yet; click Save changes — Discard brings back the saved details. If you leave the page with unsaved changes, UNENO asks first.
