View and download your UNENO invoices

You get a proper invoice for every payment to UNENO. All your invoices — from every UNENO app — are collected in one place in your account, where you can download any of them as a PDF at any time.

In your account’s header, click Invoices.

You see the invoices of the workspaces you own. Invoices for a workspace you were invited to go to its owner — not to you.

The newest invoice is at the top; the number next to the heading shows how many invoices there are in total. If something is still to pay, the open amount appears on the right, reminder fees included — for example €119.00 open: amber while nothing is overdue, red as soon as an invoice is overdue.

ColumnWhat it shows
Invoice no.The invoice number — clicking it downloads the PDF. Mention the number when you write to us about an invoice.
AppWhich app the invoice is for; if an invoice covers several apps, each of them is listed. Below it you see what the payment was for — for example Subscription, Renewal, Upgrade or Store (pro rata).
DateThe invoice date.
TotalThe gross amount — including VAT. If reminder fees were charged for the invoice, they appear on a second line below it, for example +€10.00 reminder fees.
StatusPaid, Open, Overdue or Cancelled — see below. While the invoice is open, the date to pay it by appears below, for example due 2 Nov 2026 — in red once it is overdue.
⋮The menu with the downloads — see Download an invoice.

Above the table you narrow the list down:

  • Search invoice number… — one specific invoice.
  • All statuses — only Open, Overdue, Paid or Cancelled.
  • Invoice date — only invoices from a period; pick two dates or one of the preset ranges.

If no invoice matches, you see No matching results. and below it, for example, No invoice matches your filters. Clear filters (or Clear search) shows every invoice again. On your phone you open the filters with the button next to the search.

If you have many invoices, the list spans several pages. Below the table you move between pages and choose how many invoices appear per page.

StatusMeaning
PaidThe amount is settled. Invoices for your subscription are always paid, because we only issue them after your payment.
OpenThe invoice is waiting for your bank transfer. This only applies to invoices we created for you individually — for an Enterprise offer, for example. Bank details and the due date are on the invoice; please quote the invoice number with your transfer.
OverdueThe invoice is open and its due date has passed. Please transfer the amount as soon as possible, quoting the invoice number. We remind you by email — see Payment reminders.
CancelledThe invoice is void and no longer needs to be paid. You get an email with the cancelled invoice attached; the PDF is stamped CANCELLED.

Click the invoice number — or ⋮ in the invoice’s row and then Download invoice (PDF). You get the PDF, named after the invoice number — for example 0001.pdf.

If we reminded you of the invoice, the menu also has Invoice + reminder (PDF). It downloads the invoice and our latest reminder for it as one PDF — named after the reminder’s number, for example 0001-002.pdf.

If the row still says Preparing…, we’re creating the PDF. That usually takes only a few seconds; reload the page afterwards.

  • Your billing address — company name, owner and address from your company details, plus your VAT number if you entered one.
  • Invoice date, invoice number and your account ID — the eight characters from your welcome email.
  • The line items — for example Business plan — Invoice app (Monthly) with unit price, VAT and amount. After an upgrade the invoice also shows a credit for the unused part of your previous plan.
  • The totals — subtotal, VAT and total. How much VAT applies depends on the country and VAT number in your company details.
  • The payment note — on a paid invoice, This invoice was paid in full on [date].

We issue an invoice after every successful payment: when you subscribe to a plan, every month when it renews, and when something changes within a period, such as an upgrade.

We also send every invoice by email — as a PDF attachment, from [email protected], with the subject Invoice [number] ([month.year]) - UNENO. It goes to the Billing email in your company details, for example your accounts department.

If an invoice you pay by bank transfer is still open after its due date, we remind you by email — like the invoice, from [email protected], to the billing email in your company details and in the invoice’s language. Invoices for your subscription aren’t affected: they are always paid already.

The reminders come in steps, each with its own deadline:

StepEmail subject
Payment reminderPayment reminder: invoice [number] - UNENO
ReminderReminder #1: invoice [number] - UNENO (a further one would be Reminder #2)
Final reminderFinal reminder (#2): invoice [number] - UNENO

Each reminder states the amount due and the date by which to transfer it. Attached you find the reminder letter as a PDF — named after the invoice number and the step, for example 0001-001.pdf — and the invoice itself once more. From the reminder step on, a reminder fee may be added; it is shown with the new total in the email and the PDF.

  • Already paid? Then your payment and the reminder crossed — there’s nothing to do.
  • A question about the invoice? Write to us at [email protected], ideally with the invoice number. We’ll find a solution together.
  • Your activity log shows every reminder we sent you.
