Activate an app

You activate each UNENO app on its own — UNENO Invoice, for example. You choose a plan and start with a free trial, no card needed. Only if you want to carry on afterwards do you choose a paid plan.

Before you start

UNENO needs your complete company details before you activate an app. If you haven’t added them yet, UNENO asks for them while activating — there’s nothing to prepare.

How to activate an app

1. On your dashboard, click Start free trial on the app’s card.

2. If your company details are still incomplete, the window Complete your company details opens. Without a country yet, it first asks where your company is registered: pick the Country of registration — the Timezone comes with it — and click Continue. Then fill in the required fields for that country and click Save & continue.

   

3. On the Activate Invoice page, choose your plan. Each plan card shows:

   Part of the card	What it means
   Name and short description	Who the plan is meant for.
   Price	Per month, net, with the VAT that applies to you beside it, with the billing below (for example billed monthly).
   Features	What the plan includes — the limits first, such as Up to 3 users, then the Automations. The (i) next to a feature explains it briefly. New marks a feature that was just added; features marked Planned are announced but not available yet.

   Next to the cards, under Built in, you find the features Included in every plan. If an app has more than two plans, this list sits below the cards.

   

4. Below your plan, click Start free trial. UNENO briefly shows Preparing your workspace… and then opens the app — you can start right away.

For the Enterprise plan, click Contact sales instead: our “Contact sales” page opens, and we agree the plan with you.

Your trial

• 14 days free, no card. You get the email You’re all set with Invoice (with the app’s name) with the date your trial ends.
• We remind you in good time: halfway through the trial and two days before it ends.
• Nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, your access pauses until you choose a plan. Your data stays — with a plan you carry on exactly where you left off.
• You can see where you stand any time: on the dashboard the app shows the status Trial version, with a line such as Trial · 7 of 14 days left and a bar below it. The same line is at the top of the app’s page, which you open with Choose plan.

Good to know

• One trial per app: if you have used an app before, you don’t start a second trial — you choose a plan straight away.
• Prices exclude VAT. Which rate applies follows from your company details — the same rule we charge by. Beside each price and in the note below the plans you see it for your company: plus 19% VAT in Germany, your country’s rate for a company elsewhere in the EU without a verified VAT number, no VAT (reverse charge) with a verified VAT number, no VAT outside the EU.
• Your team joins later: you invite more users inside the app — how many a plan includes is shown on its card.
