Products at a glance
Products are the goods and services you charge for again and again — an hour of consulting, say, or an item from your range. Add them once, and UNENO fills in the line for you when you write a quote or an invoice. Like your customers, your products belong to the workspace and are available in every app.
Open the list
Section titled “Open the list”In your app’s sidebar, under Workspace, click Products & Services.
What the list shows
Section titled “What the list shows”| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Reference | Your article number or service code — the icon next to it copies it. |
| Name | The name, with the description below. |
| Type | Product or Service. |
| Unit | The default unit, for example a piece or an hour. |
| Tax | The VAT rate a line with this product gets — also when the product uses the Company default rate. |
| Price | The net price, the gross price below. |
| Status | Active or Archived — the switch archives or restores the product. |
A click on the reference or the name opens the product’s overview — where it’s used, its details and its history. The ⋮ menu at the end of a row lets you edit or delete a product.
On a phone, the list shows the same columns — you swipe them sideways, and the ⋮ menu stays at the right edge.
Find products
Section titled “Find products”- Search: the search field finds products by name or number.
- Filter: All types shows only products or only services. If your products use several units or tax rates, All units and All taxes are added. Reset clears search and filters.
- Active and Archived: the list shows active and archived products together. All statuses narrows it to the active or the archived ones.
On a phone, the round button next to the search field opens the filters.
In quotes and invoices
Section titled “In quotes and invoices”When you pick a product in a line of a quote or invoice, UNENO copies its name, description, unit, net price and tax rate into the line. You can change any of it for that one document — the product itself stays as it is.
