Manage your plan and subscription

Every UNENO app has its own page for plan, subscription and data. You open it on your dashboard from the app’s card — during the trial with Choose plan, once you have a paid plan with Manage. Only the workspace’s owner sees this page.

  • At the top the app with its status and where it stands — as on its dashboard card, for example Business plan · Trial · 7 of 14 days left or Business plan · Renews on [date]. Notices appear below, such as after a cancellation Your Invoice subscription is cancelled — you keep access until [date]. Open app on the right takes you straight into the app.
  • Your plan — once you have a paid plan: what it includes and what it costs (see below).
  • Plans — the plan cards. Your current plan is marked Trial plan (during the trial) or Active plan. Next to them you see what is Included in every plan.
  • At the very bottom the red card for deleting the app’s data.

Once you have a paid plan, the Your plan card sits above the plan cards.

Part of the cardWhat it shows
LeftYour plan with what it includes — for example Up to 3 users and Recurring invoices.
RightWhat you pay: the plan and any extensions you booked, the Net amount, the VAT and the Total per month.
BottomHow you pay, for example Paid automatically by card, and the buttons Add extensions (or Change extensions once you have some) and Cancel subscription.

If a change or a cancellation is scheduled, the bottom of the card says what happens next in place of the payment method — such as Ends on [date] — nothing more is charged. or From [date]: [plan].

This is how you turn the trial — or its end — into a paid subscription.

  1. On your plan’s card, click Choose Business.

  2. You are taken to our payment provider Mollie. Pay the first month there — the price plus the VAT that applies to you (none under reverse charge).

  3. Back in UNENO you see Your subscription is being activated — we’ll email you once your payment is confirmed. You can keep working meanwhile. Once the payment is confirmed, it says Your Invoice subscription is now active.

After that your subscription renews automatically every month. You find the invoice for every payment under Invoices.

If the payment isn’t completed, you see Your payment wasn’t completed — your trial is still active, so you can try again anytime.

  1. On the Your plan card, click Cancel subscription.

  2. The window Cancel your Invoice subscription? shows until when you keep access. Confirm with Cancel subscription — or stay with Keep subscription.

After cancelling:

  • You keep working as usual until the end of your paid period; the app has the status Cancellation booked with Ends on [date], and nothing more is charged.
  • After that your workspace stays in read-only mode: you can still view and export your data and reach our support — until you delete your account.
  • You can subscribe again any time — with Choose plan on the app’s card.

If you’re still on an older plan, it appears in the Your plan card marked No longer available — you keep it as long as you don’t switch. The plan cards below then show Upgrade or Downgrade:

ChangeWhat happens
UpgradeTakes effect at once. You pay a prorated amount for the rest of your period now, then the new price.
DowngradeTakes effect at the end of your billing period — until then you keep your current plan. No refund for the current period.
Switch to monthlyOn a yearly plan: takes effect at the end of the year.

Once you switch away from a plan that is no longer available, you can’t go back to it. While a change is scheduled, further changes are locked — you see Plan changes are unavailable while another change is pending.

In the red card at the very bottom you permanently delete all of an app’s data — for example if you no longer want to use the app. Your UNENO account stays.

  1. Click Delete my data.

  2. In the window, type the app’s name — for example Invoice —; only then does Delete my data become active. Click it.

  3. The app shows Deleting…. Once everything is deleted, you get an email, and the app has the status App deleted.
