Create your account

Your UNENO account is your way into every UNENO app: you sign in once and work in every app you activate. Creating it takes less than a minute — with your email address and a password, or straight from your Google account.

Before you start

• UNENO is made for businesses. When you sign up, you confirm that you act as a business, not as a consumer — freelancers and the self-employed included.
• You need access to your inbox. We send a confirmation code to the address you sign up with.
• You don’t need your company details yet. You add them later, before you activate your first app.

Create an account with your email

1. Open account.uneno.eu/register — or click Start for free on uneno.eu.

   Pick your language at the top right (English, Deutsch or Français). Your account takes the language you sign up in; you can change it any time later in your profile.

2. Fill in the Create your account form:

   Field	What you enter
   First name, Last name	Your name — how we address you in your account and in our emails.
   Email	The address you will sign in with. Each address has exactly one account.
   Password	At least 12 characters — a phrase you remember works best. Passwords found in known data leaks are refused. The eye icon shows or hides what you type.
   Confirm password	The same password again — so a typo can’t lock you out.

3. Tick I confirm I act as a business, not as a consumer. The account can’t be created without it.

   

4. Click Create account.

   Now and then a short security check from Cloudflare appears first — it protects UNENO from automated sign-ups. It usually confirms itself; otherwise one click in the box does it.

5. Confirm your email address. We send you a 6-digit code with the subject Confirm your UNENO email address. Enter it in the six boxes and click Confirm email.

   

Done: you’re signed in and land on your dashboard with the message Welcome to UNENO! Your account is ready.

What happens after you confirm

• Your workspace is created. Only once your email is confirmed does UNENO set up your workspace — the base for every app you activate later.
• You get a welcome email with your customer number (eight characters of digits and capital letters, for example 7KQ4MX2R). Mention it when you contact our support — we find your account right away.
• Your dashboard shows the apps you can use. This is where you activate your first app.

Create an account with Google

Click Continue with Google at the top and pick your Google account. UNENO takes your name and email address from Google.

• No code needed: Google has already confirmed your email address — you land straight on your dashboard.
• No password: you keep signing in with Google — on the sign-in page with Google.
• The business confirmation comes later: you tick it the first time you fill in your company details.
• You already have an account with this address? Then UNENO links your Google account to it and shows the message We linked your Google sign-in to your UNENO account. — no second account is created.

Good to know

• The code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expired or never arrived, click Didn’t get the code? Resend — and check your spam folder too.
• Your account isn’t active until you confirm. If you sign in later, UNENO sends you a new code and you confirm then.
• Typed the wrong email? Click Back to sign in at the top and sign up again with the right address.
• An account costs nothing. Costs only start when you choose a paid plan for an app.
