A schedule's overview
Every schedule has its own overview. You open it by clicking its number or its customer in the schedule list — or from an invoice the schedule generated, via its Origin.
On the left you see the schedule’s next invoice, on the right what you can do with it, its schedule details, the generated invoices and its history. ‹ Recurring invoices takes you back to the list.
The next invoice
Section titled “The next invoice”On the left is the invoice the next run will generate — exactly as it will be generated: with the schedule’s customer, lines and texts, the run’s date, the service period of that run and the due date that follows from it. Because it doesn’t exist yet, it’s stamped DRAFT and has no number yet. Above it, you see when it comes: Preview of the next invoice — on ….
- A paused schedule shows the invoice that comes next once you resume it — with the schedule is paused above it.
- A completed schedule generates no more invoices. Instead of a preview, it says This schedule is completed — no further invoice will be generated.
- If you change the schedule, the overview shows the changed invoice afterwards. Invoices already generated stay as they are.
Looking at it saves nothing — no invoice and no history entry is created.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”| Action | When | More |
|---|---|---|
| Edit | Always | Edit a schedule |
| Pause | Active | Pause and resume |
| Resume | Paused | Pause and resume |
| Delete | Always | Delete a schedule |
They’re the same actions as in the list’s ⋮ menu, with the same dialogs. Without the Business plan, Edit is missing — pausing and deleting still work.
Schedule details
Section titled “Schedule details”The card shows the schedule as it’s currently set up, in groups:
| Group | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Status | Active, Paused or Completed — if UNENO paused the schedule, the reason below, such as Customer unavailable. |
| Customer | The customer with their contact person, the Billing address and, if the schedule bills with a delivery, the Shipping address. Clicking the customer opens their overview. |
| Rhythm | Frequency, what’s created On each run, the Service period, Starts, Next run, the Last run, when the schedule Ends and how many invoices it has Generated so far. |
| Invoice | What each invoice costs (Total per invoice), its Payment term, its Language and your Contact person. |
Generated invoices
Section titled “Generated invoices”The card lists every invoice the schedule has generated — with number, date, amount and status. Drafts still waiting for your review are on top, below them the others, newest first. Clicking one opens the invoice — a draft in the editor, any other in its overview. With more than five invoices, you page on at the bottom of the card.
History
Section titled “History”The History lists what has happened to the schedule — newest on top, with date, time and who did it: Series created, Series updated, Series paused and Series resumed, every Invoice generated from the series and anything that went wrong along the way: Series paused — the customer is missing, Generation failed and Generation postponed — monthly limit reached. What UNENO did itself appears without a name. With more than eight entries, you page on at the bottom of the card.
