Review your account's activity
The activity log shows what has happened in your account — who signed in and when, who changed company details, activated an app or started a subscription. It keeps you in the picture and lets you spot straight away when something wasn’t you.
Open the log
Section titled “Open the log”In your account’s header, click Activity. The newest entries are at the top; the number next to the heading shows how many there are in total.
The log belongs to the workspace you own. Invited members see their own workspace here — not yours.
The columns
Section titled “The columns”| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | Day and time of the event, in German time (Europe/Berlin). |
| Type | The area the entry belongs to — see below. |
| Description | What happened, as a short sentence — for example Logged in via a one-time code or Updated company details. For changes, the line below names the fields that changed. |
| Actor | In which role someone acted: User (you), Admin (our team) or System (UNENO automatically, for example when a subscription expires). |
| User | Who acted, with name and email address. If our team did something for you, it shows UNENO Support. |
| Source | The IP address plus browser and operating system, for example Chrome on macOS. |
What gets recorded
Section titled “What gets recorded”| Type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Authentication | Sign-ins and sign-outs — with the method: password, one-time code or Google. |
| Security | Password changed or reset, email address changed, two-factor authentication turned on or off. |
| Account | Account created and verified, account deletion requested. |
| Profile | Profile updated, appearance changed. |
| Company | Company details added or updated. |
| Apps | App activated, deletion of the app’s data requested and carried out. |
| Billing | Subscription started, upgraded, downgrade scheduled, cancelled, ended or expired; personal offer created, accepted or withdrawn; invoice issued or cancelled — and, for invoices we create for you individually, also marked as paid, plus every payment reminder we sent you. |
What you do inside an app — writing an invoice in UNENO Invoice, for example — isn’t listed here but in that app’s own activity log.
Filter the entries
Section titled “Filter the entries”Above the table you narrow down the entries. The list updates as soon as you make a choice.
- Person: name or email… — only one person’s entries. Type part of their name or email address; entries by our team are found with UNENO Support.
- All types — show one area only, for example Security.
- All actors — only User, Admin or System.
- Date — only entries from a period; pick two dates or one of the preset ranges.
If nothing matches, you see No matching results. and below it, for example, No entry matches your filters. Clear filters (or Clear search) shows every entry again. On your phone you open the filters with the button next to the search.
If there are many entries, the list spans several pages. Below the table you move between pages and choose how many entries appear per page.
