Sign in

You sign in to UNENO once and then work in every app you use — without signing in to each app again. There are four ways in: your password, your Google account, a one-time code or a magic link we send you by email.

Sign in with your password

  1. Open account.uneno.eu — or click Sign in on uneno.eu.

  2. Under Sign in to UNENO, enter your Email address and your Password. The eye icon shows or hides the password.

  3. Click Sign in. You land on your dashboard — or in the app you came from.

If the email or password doesn’t match, you see The email address or password you entered is incorrect. After too many failed attempts in a row, UNENO pauses sign-in briefly; the message tells you how many seconds until you can try again.

Sign in with Google

If you created your account with Google — or linked Google to your account — click Google at the top and pick your Google account. No password needed.

Sign in with a one-time code

No password, just your inbox — handy on a borrowed or new device.

  1. Click One-time code at the top.

  2. Under Sign in with a one-time code, enter your Email address and click Send code. We send you a 6-digit code with the subject Your UNENO sign-in code.

  3. Under Enter your code, enter the code in the six boxes and click Verify & sign in.

The code is valid for 10 minutes. If nothing arrived, click Didn’t receive it? Resend code. Back to sign in takes you back to the password any time.

No password either — instead of a code you get a link that signs you in with one click.

  1. Click Sign in with magic link.

  2. Under Get a magic link, enter your Email address and click Send link. UNENO shows Check your inbox.

  3. Open the email Your sign-in link for UNENO and click Sign in to UNENO.

  4. The page Sign in to UNENO opens with You’re signing in as and your email address. Click Sign in — done.

The link is valid for 15 minutes and works only once; if you request a new one, only the newest works. If no email arrived, click Didn’t get the email? Send again. A used or expired link shows This link is no longer valid — then request a new one on the sign-in page.

With two-factor authentication

If you turned on two-factor authentication, UNENO asks for a second code after the first step — whether you signed in with your password, Google, a one-time code or a magic link.

  • Open your authenticator app, enter the 6-digit Authentication code and click Verify.
  • Phone not at hand? Click Use a recovery code instead and enter one of your saved Recovery codes. Each recovery code works only once.

Forgot your password

Section titled “Forgot your password”

  1. On the sign-in page, under the Sign in button, click password in Forgot your password?.

  2. Under Forgot your password?, enter your Email address and click Send reset link. UNENO shows Check your inbox.

  3. Open the email Reset your UNENO password and click Reset password. The link is valid for 60 minutes.

  4. Under Set a new password, choose your New password (at least 12 characters, not from a known data leak and different from your old one), repeat it under Confirm new password and click Reset password.

Your password is changed — you see Your password has been changed. You can now sign in. For your security you also get the email Your UNENO password was changed. Stuck? Click Contact support on the Forgot your password? page.
