Suspend or remove a member
When a member should no longer have access, there are two ways:
| Suspend | Remove | |
|---|---|---|
| For | temporary — during parental leave, for example, or until a question is cleared up | permanent — the person is no longer on the team |
| Access | gone at once | gone at once |
| Role | kept | dropped — the role can then be deleted too |
| Place in your plan | freed | freed |
| Undo | Enable, one click | invite them again |
In both cases the person’s UNENO account stays — they only lose access to your workspace.
Suspend a member
Section titled “Suspend a member”Under Members & Roles → Team members, click ⋮ in the member’s row, then Suspend. You see Member suspended.; the row now shows the status Suspended.
To lift it, choose Enable in the member’s ⋮ menu — they have access again right away, with the same role. You see Member re-enabled.
Remove a member
Section titled “Remove a member”-
Click Remove in the member’s row.
-
Confirm in the window with Remove member — or back out with Cancel.
You see Member removed. The person now appears in the Former members card — with when and by whom they were removed. They lose their role: if nobody else has it, you can now delete it. If you need the person again later, invite them again and give them a role then.
