General settings

The general settings apply to your whole workspace — for you and every member, in every app.

Open the page

In your app’s sidebar, click Settings → General. The General card is at the top, the number ranges below it.

The settings

Setting	What it does
Default currency	The currency new documents are issued in. Each document keeps its own currency — a change only affects new drafts.
Date format	How dates appear throughout the app — for example 22.04.2026 (European), 2026-04-22 (ISO) or 22 Apr 2026.
Time format	14:30 (24-hour) or 2:30 PM (12-hour), each also with seconds.
Items per page	How many rows tables and lists show by default: 10, 25, 50, 75 or 100. Below each list you can change it for the moment.
Activity log retention	How long entries stay in the activity log: 30, 60, 90 or 180 days, 1 year — or Never auto-prune. The audit-relevant history of your documents is kept permanently regardless.

Revenue & VAT on the dashboard in the same card belongs to UNENO Invoice — it controls how the app’s dashboard counts revenue and VAT.

Below it, Dashboard period sets the period the dashboard opens with — Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days, This month, Last month, Last 12 months or This year. On the dashboard you pick another any time, your own too.

Customer finances period comes from UNENO Invoice too — 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or 12 months (the default). The Finances card on a customer’s overview opens with this period; you can switch it there any time.

Saving

The card saves everything together. A changed value carries a blue dot, and the foot shows how many changes aren’t saved yet. Click Save changes; Discard brings back the saved values. If you leave the page with unsaved changes, UNENO asks first.

Good to know

• Who may change the settings is set in the role under Settings, with View and Update.
• The date format applies to your documents too. Issued documents keep their format; a change affects new documents.
