Edit your profile

Your profile tells UNENO who you are: your name, profile photo, phone number and the language you work in. It applies to your account and to every app you use — you keep it up to date in one place.

Open your settings

Click your name at the top right and choose My profile.

The Settings page opens with all your personal settings one below the other, each in its own card. The list on the left — the same entries with the same icons as the account menu — jumps straight to each card; Delete account is in red. Your profile is in the Personal information card.

Change your profile

1. Change the details you want to update:

   Field	What to enter
   Profile photo	Click the circle and choose an image — JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 1 MB. We crop it to a square. Without a photo, UNENO shows your initials.
   First name *, Last name *	Your name — how we address you and how the members of your workspace see you.
   Phone	Optional.
   Language *	English, Deutsch or Français — the language of your account, your apps and our emails to you.

   

2. Click Save changes at the bottom of the card. The button becomes active as soon as you’ve changed something; next to it you then see how many changes aren’t saved yet, and Discard to take them back. If you leave the page first, UNENO asks: Keep editing or Discard and leave.

You see the message Your profile has been updated.

Where your details appear

• Name and profile photo — in the account menu at the top right, in your apps, in your workspace’s member list and in the activity log. Our emails address you by your first name.
• Language — your account and your apps appear in this language, and our emails to you come in this language.
• Your apps pick up every change automatically — shortly after, without you signing in again.

Good to know

• You can also switch the language with the flag at the top right of the header. It changes the same setting as the Language field.
• Your profile isn’t your company. The name and address on our invoices come from your company details — changing your profile doesn’t change your invoices.
• You change your email address in a card of its own, because you confirm the new address with a code.
• Signed up with Google? We took your name from Google when you registered — you can change it here at any time.
• Every save here appears in the activity log as Updated profile — with the changed fields name, phone or language.
