Team members at a glance

Your workspace isn’t just for you: invite your team — colleagues, your bookkeeper or your tax advisor. Each member signs in with their own UNENO account and works with the rights you give them through a role.

Open your app and, in the sidebar under System, click Members & Roles → Team members.

  • At the top of the card, how many places your plan includes and how many are taken — for example 3 of 3 seats taken — and next to it Invite member. When all places are taken, the button is greyed out and a strip below says what to do next.
  • The table shows each person with Name, Email (one click on the icon next to it copies it), Role and Status. The owner comes first — their role reads Owner. Your own row says (you) next to your name.
  • Behind ⋮ at the end of a row are the actions Change role, Suspend and Remove, and for an open invitation also Resend invitation. The owner’s row and your own have no menu.
  • The “Former members” card shows people who were removed — with Name, Email and, under Removed, when and by whom.
StatusMeaning
ActiveThe member has access and takes up a place.
InvitedThe invitation is sent but not accepted yet. Already takes up a place.
SuspendedTemporarily without access — role and place are kept until you unsuspend the member. Doesn’t count as a taken place.
Limited by planUNENO suspended the member automatically because your plan has fewer places than there are members — after moving to a smaller plan, for example. With more places, they get their access back.

The owner — the person the workspace belongs to — is always Active. They may do everything, pay the subscription and can’t be suspended or removed.

The owner may do everything. Everyone else may only do what their role allows under Members:

RightAllows
Viewseeing the Team members page
Createinviting members and re-sending invitations
Updatechanging a member’s role, suspending and unsuspending members
Deleteremoving members

Nobody can change their own role, and the owner’s role is fixed.
