Invite colleagues or your accountant by email and give each of them a role. They see and do only what the role allows — and the activity log shows who did what.
Name, email and a role — under “Members & Roles”. That’s all the person needs from you.
New people set a password via the email link — valid for 7 days; expired, a fresh one is a click away. Someone who already has a UNENO account gets access straight away.
They sign in with their UNENO account and see exactly what their role allows — and can switch between companies they belong to.
Build a role from a permission grid — view, create, update, delete and, for invoices, cancel. Here is an example role for your accountant.

Every member has exactly one role — change it any time with “Change role”, recorded in the activity log. As the owner you hold every permission; nobody changes their own role, a member can only hand out permissions they hold themselves, and a role still held by someone can’t be deleted.
Who created, sent or cancelled what — with browser and IP, filterable by person, type and date.
Keep the log for 30 days up to a year — or never delete it automatically.
Everyone can secure their account with an authenticator app and recovery codes.
Single sign-on with the UNENO account — by password, one-time code, magic link or Google.
Block access for a while or remove someone — they can be invited again later. Former members stay listed, with when and by whom.
Invoices and customers belong to the workspace — nothing is lost when someone leaves.
Promote or restrict someone with “Change role” — the new role replaces the old one, logged as “A → B”.
Invitation expired? “Resend invitation” sends a fresh link, valid for 7 days.
Every member needs one — the invite dialog says so before you start, with a link to create a role.
The Business plan includes 3 users — you as the owner plus two members. Additional users (€4.50 each per month) you book right in your account under “Store” — or straight from the members page when the limit is reached; for larger teams, talk to our sales team.
The “Invite member” button pauses and says why. Nothing is charged automatically — as the owner you add users right there (“Add users”; in the trial, activate your plan first), or remove a member to invite someone else.
No. They get an email, set a password and are in. If they already have a UNENO account, they get access straight away and simply sign in.
Yes. Under “Members & Roles” you build roles from a permission grid — for example an accounting role that can view and send invoices and record payments, but not change your settings.
Yes. Under “Members & Roles”, choose “Change role” on the member — the new role replaces the old one and applies from their next page load. You need the right to edit members; nobody changes their own role or the owner’s, and you can only hand out rights you hold yourself. The change is recorded in the activity log.
An invitation link is valid for 7 days. If it has run out, choose “Resend invitation” on the invited member — they get a fresh link, valid for another 7 days.
Nothing. Invoices, quotes and customers belong to the workspace, not to a person. Remove the member — their work stays, and the activity log still shows who did what.
Yes. One UNENO account can belong to several workspaces — the person switches between companies in the top bar, with a separate role in each.
