Data

Your data, ready to take with you — as PDF, CSV or Excel.

Export your invoices, quotes, payments and customers whenever you need them: the original PDFs for your archive, a spreadsheet for your accountant. Choose the period and the columns — the file is created in the background and kept for you.

  • Invoices with their cancellations, quotes, payments and customers — as a PDF archive (ZIP), CSV or Excel
  • Filter by period, status, payment status and customer — choose and rename columns
  • Created in the background, kept until you delete it
Formats

Four formats, four jobs.

The archive for your records, the spreadsheet for your figures, DATEV for your tax adviser.

PDF archive

ZIP

Every invoice as the PDF that was issued, cancellation invoices included — one file per document, named by its number.

  • The archived original, not a new rendering
  • Ideal for your records or a handover

CSV

CSV

Plain text that every tool can read — for imports into other software.

  • UTF-8, opens with umlauts intact
  • Comma, semicolon or tab — decimal comma or dot, so Excel reads the amounts in your language

Excel

XLSX

A spreadsheet with real numbers — sum, filter and pivot straight away.

  • Amounts as numbers, ready to add up
  • Bold header row

DATEV

EXTF

Your invoices and cancellations as a DATEV booking batch, your customers as debtors — ready for your tax adviser to import.

  • Revenue accounts for SKR03 or SKR04
  • For businesses in Germany

FAQ

Questions about exporting data

Short answers to what people ask us most.

What can I export?

Your invoices with their cancellation invoices, your quotes — each as a PDF archive, CSV or Excel, with or without line items — and your customers and payments as CSV or Excel.

Can I export my payments — or my open items?

Yes. The payments export lists every payment and reversal with payment date, invoice, customer, amount, method, reference and who recorded it. For your open items, export your invoices filtered by the payment status “Open” and “Partially paid” — or “Overdue” for the ones to chase.

Is there a DATEV export?

Yes — for businesses based in Germany. Choose the DATEV format in the data export: you get the DATEV booking batch of your invoices and cancellations plus your customers as debtors, ready for your tax adviser to import. The revenue accounts follow SKR03 or SKR04.

Can I set the columns my accountant wants?

Yes. Choose the columns, put them in order and rename the headers — then save it as a column profile such as “For the accountant” and reuse it every month.

Which format should I use for Excel?

Excel (XLSX): amounts arrive as real numbers you can add up straight away. CSV is best for importing into other software — you choose comma, semicolon or tab between the columns and a decimal comma or dot; for German and French Excel, semicolon and decimal comma are preset.

How long are my export files kept?

Until you delete them. Finished exports stay in your export list, where you can download them again at any time.

Can I still export after cancelling?

Yes. When your subscription ends, your workspace switches to read-only — your invoices, quotes and customers remain exportable, so you can take everything with you.
