An invoice draft to review
The invoice opens as a draft. Add the delivery date or service period, adjust the lines or texts — then issue it.
- Draft
- Review & add
- Issue
The customer said yes? Convert the quote and the invoice is ready: customer, line items and prices carry over, the quote is marked as invoiced. Review the draft first — or send it straight away.
One dialog, two buttons — from the quote list or the quote itself. Pick what fits the job.
The invoice opens as a draft. Add the delivery date or service period, adjust the lines or texts — then issue it.
For the clear “yes”: the invoice gets its number, the PDF is archived and it goes to your customer by email — all at once. An e-invoice is checked first: if a required detail is missing, nothing is issued.
Needs your customer’s email address.
Convert & send issues a real invoice. So it checks first, and it goes through completely or not at all.
For an e-invoice, UNENO checks the required details before the number is assigned. If something is missing, nothing is issued — no number is used, and the quote stays ready to convert.
PDF or your country’s e-invoice — ZUGFeRD or XRechnung in Germany, Factur-X in France — decided when the invoice is issued and kept, even if you switch e-invoicing on or off later.
The email goes out as “Your company (via UNENO)” or through your own mail server, to the customer’s copy address too if one is saved — and appears in the invoice’s sending history.
Its status changes on conversion — you see at once which quotes have been billed.
Each converted quote links to its invoice — marked “Draft” while it hasn’t been issued yet.
The quote number is printed in the invoice header — on by default, switch it off in the settings.
A quote can only become one invoice — even two clicks at the same moment can’t bill it twice.
Short answers to what people ask us most.
