Is there a free plan?
There is no permanent free plan, but Business starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card needed — so you can try every feature in full before you decide. When the trial ends, you subscribe only if it fits.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You start your 14-day trial without entering any payment details — you only add a payment method when you decide to subscribe.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends you simply subscribe to Business. Until you decide, access pauses and your data stays safe, so you are never billed without opting in.
How much does an additional user cost?
Business includes 3 users — you and two team members. Each additional user costs €4.50 per month (net). You book them in your account under “Store” whenever you need them: the rest of the current month is charged pro rata to your billing date, and fewer users apply from the next billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Business is billed monthly with no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like — your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is for larger teams with individual requirements — for example connecting your shop or ERP system, migrating existing data, several companies, or personal onboarding. Talk to our sales team and we will put together an offer that fits.
